  • Platform Role: Speeds Store is a marketplace, not a party to transactions. No liability for user disputes, item quality, or third-party links.
  • Loss Limitations: Speeds Store is not liable for indirect losses (profits, data) or unforeseeable damages.
  • Returns/Refunds: Governed by Speeds Store’s Return Policy.
  1. Account & Content Management
  • Undeliverable Items: Unclaimed goods may be disposed of after 60 days, with costs deducted from seller accounts.
  • Abuse Consequences: Violations may result in account termination, content removal, or legal action.
